Terms of use

By using CBT Past Questions you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose. If you do not agree with it, stop using the site.
What this site does
CBT Past Questions gives you free, timed CBT practice on the same screen layout you meet in the exam hall — Next, Previous, flag for review, countdown timer, corrections at the end. It also carries landing pages for our JAMB Android app and WAEC offline software.
No account, no payment here
You do not register, log in, or pay anything on this site. Nothing is sold on this domain. Where a page links to one of our apps, the download or purchase happens on that product's own store or portal, under that store's terms — not these.
Practice sets are a free sample
Each subject here holds a small free set of real past questions with worked corrections. The full banks live in the paid apps. We may change, add, or remove free sets at any time, and practice is offered as it is — we do not promise the site will always be available or error-free.
Our content
The pages, explanations, question compilations, design, and branding on this site belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may practice with them, and link to any page with credit. You may not republish, scrape, bulk-copy, resell, or build a competing question bank from them without our written permission.
Not affiliated with JAMB or WAEC
We are an independent study site. We are not JAMB, WAEC, NECO, or any examination body, and none of them endorses us. Past questions are drawn from previously published papers for study purposes. Exam formats, question counts, and time allowances change from cycle to cycle: treat the figures on this site as practice guidance and confirm registration dates, rules, and timetables with the examination body itself before you act on them.
Using the site fairly
Do not try to break, overload, or probe the site; do not submit malicious code or abusive content through the feedback buttons; do not use the site for anything unlawful. We may block access where any of that happens.
Feedback
The "Was this helpful?" and error-report buttons send us the page path and your note. Send a wrong answer or a broken question and we will check it — that is how these sets get better. Do not put personal information in the message box. By sending feedback you let us use it to fix and improve the site.
Links to other sites
We link out to examination bodies and to other sites in our study network. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
Your practice score here is a study signal, not a prediction. We do not promise any exam result, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything published on it.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when we last did. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
